Join me for an 8-week program exploring one of China's most well-known health practices. Spring is the perfect time to begin—this is the season of the Wood element, when our muscles and sinews naturally awaken and respond to gentle, focused movement.

The Eight Brocade exercises are accessible to everyone—whether you're an athlete seeking healthy maintenance for your tissues, a martial artist refining your practice, or someone looking to explore Qigong for the first time. These exercises work deeply within the body, smoothing and strengthening the fascia until it resembles supple silk, while building core strength and improving flexibility.

For generations, Chinese physicians have prescribed Eight Brocade Qi Gong to improve circulation and energy, strengthen muscles and bones, harmonize internal organs, and calm the nervous system. Regular practice offers profound benefits: reduced stress and anxiety, improved balance and flexibility, increased lung capacity, better sleep quality, and enhanced immune function.
